i disagree with you black dove. i think colour issues are across the board. folk bleach their skin all over the continent as well as in the united states. it is a frightening thing. and i have friends on the continent who fight with their kids who insist that they want a "beautiful white dolly".

i had my cousin watch it too and he kept going back to the doll thing. he was traumatised.
hence the difference between african americans and the rest of africa. it is sad and i do empathize but i dont relate.
